Job summary

FAROUK SYSTEMS INC. seeks a Process Technician to manage blow/injection molding, assist in decoration, startup, troubleshooting and changeovers in a fast-paced environment at our Houston facility.

The role involves setting up presses, performing preventive maintenance, overseeing mold changes, and ensuring safety, ISO/OSHA/GMP compliance, while maintaining accurate repair records and supporting continuous production improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of setup, maintenance and troubleshooting of Blow molding or screen printing equipment.
• High School Graduate or equivalent, Preferably some technical training.
• Strong background in hydraulics, pneumatics, electronics and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup, startup, diagnosis and troubleshooting of Blow/Injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment.
• Complete preventative maintenance requirements.
• Responsible for mold change and machine adjustments and upkeep.
• Maintain equipment efficiency and quality production standards.
• Ensure safe working practices; report accidents, hazards, and damages promptly.
