NyproMold, a Jabil company, is seeking a motivated student to learn about precision mold making, plastic injection molding, and manufacturing. The Co-Op will work with experienced Process Technicians and Engineers in the Mold Qualification Center, gaining hands-on experience with mold setup, testing, inspection, and qualification activities.

You’ll assist with preparation and qualification, learn equipment operation under supervision, and contribute to documentation and records in a clean, safe

Qualifications

• Currently in high school or trade school and eager to learn.
• Interest in mechanical systems, manufacturing, machining, or engineering.
• Dependable, safety-conscious and able to work as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Engineers/Technicians with mold preparation, setup, and qualification activities.
• Learn the basic operation and functions of plastic injection molding equipment under supervision.
• Assist with collecting molded samples and organizing parts for inspection.
• Support basic mold inspections, cleaning, and preparation for testing.
• Help document qualification activities and maintain accurate records.
• Learn to identify mold components, tooling, and manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
