Qualifications

• Enrolled in technical/engineering/manufacturing program.
• Interest in plastics manufacturing and molding.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on learning willingness.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers and technicians; MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with injection mold setup and removal from molding machines.
• Support FOT and Mold Flow Qualification activities.
• Assist with process development, troubleshooting, and documentation.
• Inspect molded parts and organize samples for QA.
• Maintain records of qualification activities and changes.
• Assist with mold inspections and basic maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety rules.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
