Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Ability to read and write proficiently.
• Team player with good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Mold various size billets, PTFE valve liners and encapsulated discs with molding methods.
• Blend materials per engineering standards and procedures.
• Use tools and equipment to produce molded products per standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of molds and materials.
• Load molds with proper materials and operate equipment to fabricate preformed parts.
• Keep accurate production records and job history.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.
