Job summary

Argus Dental & Vision, Inc. is seeking a 1st Shift Injection Molding Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will operate injection molding machines, monitor product quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area on a 1st shift schedule (6:00AM-4:00PM, Mon-Thu).

Starting pay is $16.00/hr with benefits including medical/vision insurance, an HSA, PTO and holiday pay, plus opportunities for advancement and skills development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines.
• Inspect molded parts for quality and adherence to specifications.
