Qualifications

  • Operate and maintain mold making tools and equipment.
  • Strong safety and accuracy in manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support mold tooling demand, including mold modification or repair, fixture making or fixing.
  • Read and interpret blueprints or CAD drawings to understand mold specifications.
  • Fabricate mold components using manual equipment and tools according to design specs.
  • Troubleshoot mold issues to minimize production downtime.
  • Maintain and repair existing molds through cleaning and component replacement.
  • Stay updated on mold making trends and technologies to improve efficiency.
