Job summary

The Mold Maintenance Technician at EFP, LLC is responsible for maintaining and setting up molds to meet daily production needs. This role requires mechanical aptitude and thorough mold checks to ensure reliable changeovers.

Typical duties include mold changes, safe work practices, completing mold-change sheets and paperwork, and supporting PPS activities as directed by supervisors. Strong reading and communication in English are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to use hands and fingers.
• Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to climb, balance, crawl, squat, kneel, bend, stoop and reach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and check all molds.
• Set up and get molds ready for each mold change.
• Perform mold changes.
• Troubleshoot mold change problems.
• Complete daily mold change sheets and required paperwork.
• Participate in PPS activities as directed by Supervisors.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
