Job summary

EFP, LLC is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician in Kentucky to maintain and prepare molds for daily production. You will set up molds, perform changes, troubleshoot issues, and complete related paperwork. You will participate in PPS activities and carry out additional duties as assigned by supervision.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read and speak English, and the physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

  • Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical work.
  • Able to climb, bend, stoop and reach as required during mold setup.

Responsibilities

Mold Maintenance Technician
Position Summary

The Mold Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining molds and setting up molds to meet daily production requirements.

  • Mold Maintenance Technicians must be mechanically inclined and is responsible for maintaining and checking all molds.
  • Perform all tasks in a safe manner
  • Set-Up and get molds ready for each mold change
  • Perform mold changes
  • Trouble shoot any problems involved with mold changes
  • Training or experience in air, steam, and water systems
  • Complete daily mold change sheets and other required paperwork
  • Complete/participate in any and all PPS activities as directed by Supervisors
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
  • Ability to use hands and fingers
  • Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 75 pounds
  • Ability to climb, balance, crawl, squat, kneel, bend, stoop and reach
