You will work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and ensure production efficiency. The ideal candidate has an associates degree in plastics maintenance or equivalent experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Formación

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or schematics
• Commitment to safety and proper lockout/tagout procedures

Responsabilidades

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities
• Install new or retrofit equipment and test operability
• Maintain maintenance logs and communicate issues to production management
• Support safe and efficient repairs while ensuring machine utilization
