Job summary

Jobot, a leading U.S.-based manufacturer in Huntington Beach, seeks skilled Mold Maintenance Technicians to support production by maintaining, cleaning, and repairing 500–1600 ton molds. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities and excellent benefits with an hourly wage of $30–$45.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, installation of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and troubleshooting automated equipment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 year certificate from college or technical school or equivalent.
• 10–15 years of maintenance experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Ability to read mechanical, electrical and hydraulic prints or schematics.
• Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manually clean/dismantle/repair defective machines and components.
• Locate malfunctions using inspection and test instruments.
• Perform preventative maintenance per defined schedule.
• Install/maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems and machinery.
• Program/repair automated machinery including robots or PLCs.
• Read blueprints and troubleshoot using schematics.
