Job summary

PDM in the U.S. is seeking a Mold Maintenance Technician to maintain, repair, and optimize injection molds and tooling to keep production running smoothly.

You will perform preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and modifications while coordinating with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and ensure quality. A high school diploma and 3–5 years in manufacturing maintenance are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or related field.
• Experience reading technical drawings and equipment docs.
• Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on injection molds and tooling.
• Repair and modify molds and related components.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and tooling locations.
• Set up tool room equipment and fabricate fixtures as needed.
• Support production by aiding mold setup and evaluating performance.
• Identify safety concerns and participate in continuous improvement.
