Job summary

MME group Inc. in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota seeks a hands-on maintenance technician for injection molding. You’ll perform preventative maintenance on plastic injection molds, mold changes, staging, and maintain ERP records to support uptime and quality.

The role requires physical work, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, GMP familiarity, safety-minded teamwork, and forklift license preferred. On-site manufacturing role in MN.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance on plastic injection molds and tooling.
• GMP and quality-focused maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on molds; cleaning involving disassembly and reassembly.
• Ensure mold staging and readiness as dictated by the production schedule.
• Support mold-tag identification; current state of mold(s).
• Perform cavity changes, date code updates as dictated by the production schedule.
• Record and document mold locations as required in ERP system.
• Log active preventative maintenance records within ERP system.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
