Job summary

Bass Cat & Yar-Craft Boats seeks a mold technician to perform PM/overhaul activities, repair and improve molds, and diagnose mold-related issues. The role requires following schedules, operating tool room equipment, and maintaining communication with supervisors and team members in a first-shift, safety-sensitive environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work overtime.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of good mold maintenance practices and procedures (preventive maintenance, repair, overhauls).
• Must be able to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Supports production by building or repairing molds.
• Follow standard work process to ensure best practice following schedule and quality requirements.
• Operate manual tool room equipment. Sets up equipment by studying mold components, materials, tolerances, and machine capabilities
• Perform other duties, assignments and responsibilities as needed.
