Job summary

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking a maintenance technician to responsibly maintain, repair, and troubleshoot molds used in producing boat components. You will perform inspections, cleanings, and preventive maintenance to keep molds ready for production, while addressing issues to minimize downtime.

This role requires handling molds safely in a laminating environment, operating forklifts, and following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in mold maintenance or related mechanical work preferred.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot mechanical or surface defects in molds.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to support production demands.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot molds used in the production of boat components.
• Perform routine inspections of molds to identify wear, damage, or performance issues.
• Clean molds and apply preventive maintenance to ensure readiness for production.
• Diagnose mold-related issues and complete timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Document inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs as required.
• Follow established safety procedures and work practices while handling molds and materials.
