Job summary

DNUS, Inc. is seeking an industrial maintenance technician in the United States. The role focuses on repairing injection molding equipment, material conveyance systems, and water temperature control systems, with preventative maintenance across electrical and mechanical domains.

Strong reading of schematics and PLC knowledge are essential. Ideal candidates will have industrial mechanic education or equivalent, with hydraulics/pneumatics and robotics familiarity a plus.

• Perform inventory audits for spare parts and inventory.
• Support tooling projects and PMs as needed.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment,including Injection Molding, MaterialConveyanceSystems, Water Temperature controlsystemand related systems.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• PerformKaizen activities.
• PerformInventory Audit for Spare Parts and Inventory
• Support Tooling Projects and PMs as needed

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:

• Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanicaltechnician,or comparable experience.
• Ability to read, interpret,and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, ladder diagrams, and flow charts.
• Hydraulic, pneumatic, PLCknowledgerequired.Roboticsknowledge is a plus.
• Good timemanagement skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Must have good interpersonal skills andtheability to communicate effectively with production staff.
