Job summary

Thogus Products Company in Avon Lake, OH seeks a Mold Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance on precision molds supporting injection molding, aligned with core values. The role offers a stable schedule with 40 hours guaranteed across 2nd or 3rd shift, with overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include disassembling, cleaning, and reassembling molds, reading blueprints, and performing minor repairs.

Qualifications

2-year technical degree or equivalent
Five years related experience and/or training
Injection molding experience preferred
Experience in preventive maintenance on molds/dies/tools

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance on all molds by disassembling, cleaning, reassembling, and storing molds
Reads tooling blueprints/prints and work orders; performs repairs as needed
Maintains organized tool room and updates schedule with minimal direction
Takes daily direction from Lead Tooling Tech/Tool Room Manager
Maintains regular and punctual attendance
Supports organizational success as needed
