Thogus is seeking a Maintenance Technician for 2nd and 3rd shifts on a 4/10 schedule in Avon Lake, OH. You will conduct root-cause analyses, deploy preventive maintenance, and service injection molding equipment, robotics, and automation cells to minimize downtime.

Requirements include 2–5 years of related experience, a technical school certificate, and the ability to read manuals and safely operate maintenance tools. A tow motor license or ability to obtain one is preferred.

Competenze

• 2–5 years related maintenance experience.
• Technical school certificate preferred.
• Proficient with facilities and injection molding equipment.
• Able to read technical manuals and safety instructions.
• Valid driver’s license and tow motor license or ability to obtain

Mansioni

• Visually inspects machines to locate malfunctions.
• Deploys preventative maintenance actions and repairs to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic components.
• Dismantles machines to access problem areas.
• Inspects parts for wear and misalignment; replaces worn components.
• Tests equipment after repair to minimize downtime and ensure proper operation.
• Mentor and coach other technicians in maintenance tasks.
