Qualifications

• Experience in mold maintenance or tool room preferred.
• Ability to diagnose tooling and repair molds.
• Familiarity with PM schedules and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on molds per PM schedule, inspect and reassemble tools to standards.
• Diagnose tooling issues and communicate findings to production teams.
• Repair and replace ejector pins, lifters, cores, and wear components.
• In-press repairs safely and efficiently to minimize downtime.
• Support mold changes, start-ups, and dimensional checks after repairs.
