Job summary

Dynamic Tool Corporation seeks a seasoned Business Development Engineer (Estimating) to partner with the Estimating Department in shaping mold design estimates and related services. This role covers customer data management, from initial contact through mold estimating, PO release, and project initiation, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and a track record in data-driven sales or customer service.

Qualifications

8+ years of related experience.
Proven experience in data management, sales, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Support a safe and hospitable working environment.
Identify and provide feedback on process improvements.
Use approved processes to manage data, communication, design, project development and customer communication.
Participate in internal meetings and assist in customer visits and project kickoffs.
Develop complex mold design concepts and investigate optimized external products and innovations.
