Job summary

Dynamic Tool Corporation in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, seeks a Business Development Engineer (to Estimating) to promote the estimating department and lead the mold design and development process from customer contact through PO release. You will work with the Director of Revenue Operations and report to the Chief Sales Officer.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience in data management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a safe and hospitable working environment.

• Identify process improvements and provide feedback.
• Utilize approved processes to manage data, communication, design and project development for customers.
• Coordinate with internal support networks to promote efficiency.
• Develop understanding of mold engineering and manufacturing from start to finish.
