Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in data management, sales, or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and experience with cost-tracking/quote databases.

Responsibilities

• Promote all aspects of the estimating department for complex mold design and services.
• Manage data, communication, design, project development, and customer proposals.
• Participate in internal meetings and customer visits; support project kick-offs.
• Understand and implement internal procedures to promote efficiency and consistency.
