Zusammenfassung

Brunswick Boat Group is seeking an industrious worker for our Edgewater shop. You will contribute across pattern, lamination, and Class A tooling areas, cleaning and finishing surfaces as required. You will rotate through departments daily to meet production needs in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires detailed woodworking, metalworking, and welding skills, plus the ability to read engineering prints. A high school diploma is required, and a welding certification is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Detailed woodworking experience; fabricate patterns and mockups from engineering prints.
• All aspects of metalworking and welding; Welding certification preferred; torch/plasma cutting; Mig/Tig welding; pipe bending; print reading.

Aufgaben

• Pattern shop: sand and buff patterns to required finish.
• Lamination shop: laminate molds per documented specs, ensuring mold quality.
• Class A shop: sand and buff production and tooling gel surfaces to finish.
• Be trained in each department as required and move between departments as needed.
• Keep work area clean, orderly and safe; support production and dispose of patterns.
