Job summary

Brunswick is hiring a Welder I for the Edgewater, FL site. The role focuses on mold construction, welding, and fitment with emphasis on tooling mold construction, steel bracing, and producing hulls, decks, liners, and fixtures. You will read blueprints, use metal fabrication tools, and follow safety policies to ensure quality standards. This is an onsite position with competitive benefits and pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1+ year related experience.
• Proven welder with experience in various welding equipment/procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Construct molds to defined specifications per tooling manuals.
• Document mold construction records through all phases of the build.
• Adhere to safety standards and maintain clean, orderly work areas.
• Interface with colleagues and supervisors to ensure on-time completion.
