Job summary

The Mold Bar Operator at Katalyst CRO is a fully onsite, hands-on manufacturing role based in Greenwood, SC. You will manufacture, assemble, inspect, and package mold bars and pins, operating CNC mills, lathes, riveters and finishing equipment.

You will use micrometers, gauges and calipers for quality checks, follow written procedures and safety rules, perform routine maintenance, document results, and support cleaning and production tasks; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with CNC machines preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers).
• Mechanical aptitude and basic machine maintenance ability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Physically able to perform hands-on manufacturing tasks.
