Job summary

Dmsi-Staffing is seeking a Mohs Medical Assistant/Surgical Technician for our Bloomington, IL clinic. You will perform pre-surgical evaluations, assist with Mohs procedures, educate patients, and maintain accurate EMRs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of medical assisting or surgical tech experience (dermatology preferred), and proficiency with EMR and MS Office. A sterile environment and precise recordkeeping are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans.
• Provide pre- and post-operative education to patients and families.
• Prepare the surgical area and organize instruments.
• Assist during procedures, maintain sterile field.
• Document all patient care in EMR.
