Qualifications

• Dermatology experience is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; MA cert or surgical tech training preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and infection control practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for Mohs surgery by taking histories and vital signs.
• Assist surgeons by handling surgical instruments and aseptic technique during procedures.
• Maintain a clean, compliant surgical environment with HIPAA and safety standards.
• Provide post‑operative instructions and support for patient recovery.
• Document patient interactions and procedures accurately in the EHR.
• Coordinate with staff to schedule follow‑up visits efficiently.
