Job summary

Spire, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Manager of MoGas Operations to oversee daily MoGas Pipeline system activities, including construction, maintenance, engineering and training, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient transport of natural gas in compliance with DOT and company procedures.

The role partners with MoGas Leads to develop plans, manages budgets, and collaborates with Gas Control, Shared Services and regulators. A strong leader with clear communication and safety focus is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a preference for construction management, engineering, or business-based curriculums.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Prior supervisory or people leadership responsibilities.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute operational and maintenance plans with MoGas Leads.
• Manage the business within operations and capital budgets, seeking efficiencies.
• Coordinate with Gas Control to ensure nominations are delivered in-full and on-time.
• Provide direction to assigned employees and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and participate in audits.
• Lead regulatory reporting and liaison with Shared Services.
