    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
    - Deliver exceptional consumer experiences that promote positive "word of mouth" for the employer
    - Manage inbound calls from Spanish and/or English-speaking consumers, addressing product and technical support inquiries
    - Identify and resolve product issues while providing clear explanations of solutions
    - Utilize technology effectively to assist consumers with product identification and troubleshooting
    - Record consumer information and maintain adherence to call quality and productivity metrics

    What is Required (Qualifications):
    - High School diploma or equivalent required
    - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment
    - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    - Proficient PC skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Word
    - Must meet internet speed requirements and adhere to the employer's Remote Work Policy
