What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver a consumer experience that drives positive word-of-mouth advertising for the employer
- Manage inbound calls from Spanish and/or English-speaking consumers to address product and technical support issues
- Utilize technology to assist consumers in identifying products and providing installation support
- Negotiate solutions in challenging consumer situations to achieve positive outcomes
- Maintain professional composure and achieve daily metrics in call quality and productivity

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 2 years of experience in a contact center or fast-paced customer service environment required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient PC skills, particularly in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in Microsoft Teams being a plus
- Must meet internet speed requirements and maintain a safe and secure workspace

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) preferred
