Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Module Integration Engineer to drive yield, reliability, and performance improvements across NSPC module-related issues. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to mitigate production risks and ensure robust device performance.

You will own module integration for select process segments, lead defect and yield investigations, target critical dimensions, and transfer advanced tech nodes from HQ, reporting to leadership and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a FEOL related integration or unit process group, Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Advanced degrees can substitute for fab experience.
• Experience in GAA integration or related fab processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Module Integration for specific segments within the Process flow.
• Lead projects on Systematic Defect and Device/Parametric Yield issues, including design of experiments and execution.
• Own critical dimension targeting and variation control within the Module.
• Own root cause investigations for excursion material.
• Transfer Advance Tech Nodes from HQ.
