Job summary

Dynamic Systems (DSI), LLC, in Tomball, TX, seeks an OSM Mechanical Engineer to own the engineering of modular HVAC and plumbing assemblies from concept through shop fabrication and field delivery. You will translate contract documents, drive DFMA decisions, and stamp deliverables where required, while supporting fabrication with RFIs, revisions, and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Design and calculations for modular HVAC and plumbing assemblies.
• Seal and stamp deliverables within licensure.
• Develop DFMA standards for module envelopes and transport constraints.
• Review documents early to identify constraints and modularization opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design and calculations for modular HVAC/plumbing assemblies.
• Direct and review Revit/CAD detailing; ensure model accuracy against fabrication tolerance.
• Support shop floor with fabrication questions, deviations, and revisions.
• Coordinate with project management and owners on module delivery windows.
