Job summary

Reframe Systems Inc. seeks a DFMA-focused Project Engineer in Andover, MA. You will ensure designs are buildable in our modular manufacturing flow, translate design intent to the factory, and coordinate across architects, engineers, and field teams.

You’ll work embedded with Design Engineering, owning buildability from early design through module release and field set, while spending time at a desk, in design reviews, and on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Hands-on building background with carpentry or framing.
• Ability to read drawings in architectural/structural sets.
• Fluency in CAD/BIM environments.
• Experience in factory, shop, or prefab a plus.
• Strong communication across architects, engineers, and builders.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate design for manufacturability in DFMA process.
• Support design reviews and translate design intent to factory processes.
• Map build information into the model and assign parts to kits/panels.
• Create handoff documentation and shop drawings for new processes.
• Provide hands-on support on the factory floor and field sites.
