You will coordinate with Sales, Design, and Accounting to ensure on-time, on-budget execution while integrating DIRTT modular interiors into diverse environments.

The ideal candidate has PM experience (PMP a plus), excels at communication and multi-tasking, and can lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Construction industry knowledge preferred.
• PM experience; PMP ideal but not required.

Responsibilities

• Bid and budget new projects with Sales, Business Development, and Design teams.
• Manage client and project intake processes.
• Coordinate with Accounting for documentation and setup tasks.
• Collaborate with GC, installation crews, and external vendors to finalize scope.
• Oversee project execution deliverables, including verifications, orders, and deliveries.
• Coordinate site conditions, installation requirements, and monitoring with GC and trades.
• Complete final punch-list and provide close-out documentation.
