Job summary

Prime Craftsman Homes is seeking Field Services Installation Technicians in Wichita, Kansas, to install modular homes at various community sites. This hands-on role requires skills in HVAC, electrical, framing, and plumbing, with responsibilities including on-site installations, troubleshooting, and ensuring safety compliance.

The ideal candidates should possess 2+ years of experience in skilled trades, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift heavy objects and work outside in different weather conditions. This position comes with full-time hours and benefits including health and dental insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in at least two trades: HVAC, electrical, framing, or plumbing.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required, including overnight stays.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation of modular home units.
• Connect and commission HVAC systems, including ductwork.
• Run and connect electrical service including panels and fixtures.
