Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install electrical wiring, devices, panels, and components in modular home units per plans and work instructions.
• Route and secure wiring through framed walls, floors, and ceilings.
• Install outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, junction boxes, and breakers.
• Assist with panel assembly, labeling, and circuit layout.
• Read and follow basic electrical diagrams and blueprints.
• Perform visual inspections and basic testing to verify proper installation.
• Identify and report defects or quality concerns to supervisors.
• Coordinate work with framing, plumbing, HVAC, and insulation teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Meet production timelines while maintaining safety and quality.
