Qualifications

• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or hands-on/tool-based work required.
• Must be able to accurately use a measuring tape and explain prior use.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building modular structures across framing, electrical, plumbing, flooring, interiors, and exteriors.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
• Install flooring, drywall, fixtures, siding, and basic systems.
• Support skilled trades with materials and setup.
• Perform finishing work and final preparation for delivery.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
