Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in residential, commercial, or modular construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Knowledge of framing, drywall, finishing, and trim processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, wall assembly, floor and roof systems.
• Support rough and finish plumbing and electrical installations.
• Install insulation, drywall, tape, spackle, and finishes; perform painting and finish carpentry.
• Prepare modules for shipment and yard organization; load/unload materials.
