Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of experience in residential, commercial, or modular construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attendance, reliability, and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform framing, wall assembly, floor systems, ceiling systems, and roof construction.
• Support rough and finish plumbing installations.
• Support rough and finish electrical installations.
• Install insulation, drywall, tape, spackle, and finishes.
• Maintain organization and safety in plant and yard operations.
