Job summary

Kelso Industries in the United States seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our modular fabrication engineering team and translate client concepts into fabrication-ready designs for manufacturing.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary group including mechanical, electrical, piping, structural, and instrumentation & controls, collaborating with project managers and clients to drive quality, schedules, and risk management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Process, Structural, or related Engineering field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• 8+ years engineering experience with multi-discipline project or team leadership.
• Experience across CAD platforms and cross‑discipline design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering design across mechanical, electrical, piping, structure, and controls.
• Ensure designs are fabrication‑ready and meet schedule constraints.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and client engineers to resolve design questions.
• Set design standards, review protocols, and manage technical risk.
