Job summary

The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Event & Exhibit Services Lead to plan, produce and oversee Modular Build Systems projects. You will manage show budgets, labor, equipment, and schedules while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction.

You will supervise teams on-site and in-house, coordinate with departments, and ensure high-quality delivery for each event. In-person, full-time role with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Three years of related experience and/or training.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of Flex & Smart Panel Systems preferred.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Review MBS work orders and determine how to complete orders.
• Produce work orders for other departments as needed.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and material handling.
• Maintain labor and equipment records and production schedules.
• Enforce all Company safety policies and procedures.
