Reframe Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our Andover, MA factory team. You will tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall seams and corners to create smooth, market-ready surfaces for modular housing components.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of drywall finishing experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with a strong focus on precision, cleanliness, and production-grade quality. Safety protocols and site standards are essential in this role.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience finishing drywall in manufacturing or production environments.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and finish specifications.
• Proficiency with drywall finishing techniques to produce smooth, defect-free surfaces.
• Familiarity with joints, tapes, compounds, and associated tools.
• Commitment to safety and quality in a production setting.

Responsabilidades

• Apply joint compound to drywall seams and fastener heads using appropriate tools.
• Tape seams and joints with joint tape and feather edges for seamless transitions.
• Finish inside and outside corners using corner bead and compound for straight lines.
• Sand surfaces between coats and before final inspection for a smooth finish.
• Identify and repair imperfections or damaged drywall panels; coordinate with framers as needed.
• Verify finishes align with fire-rated, moisture-resistant, or sound-rated specs and adjust as required.
• Mix and manage joint compound consistency to minimize waste.
• Inspect finished work against specifications and quality standards; perform touch-ups as needed.
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules while maintaining finish quality.
• Collaborate with drywall hangers, downstream trades, and supervisors to maintain workflow.
