The role requires 3+ years in drywall hanging, comfort with factory environments, reading drawings, and strong attention to safety and craftsmanship. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of drywall hanging experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency with measuring, cutting, and fastening techniques to produce tight seams.
• Familiarity with drywall hanging tools and equipment (screw guns, utility knives, rasps, T-squares, routers, drywall lifts).
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overhead or on ladders as needed.

Responsibilities

• Measure, mark, and cut drywall panels to fit walls, ceilings, and openings.
• Lift, position, and fasten drywall panels to timber or metal framing using screw guns.
• Stagger and align seams to minimize finishing work.
• Install drywall on ceilings using lifts or with a partner.
• Inspect framing and identify issues affecting fit or finish.
