Job summary

BLOX is seeking a driven DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution within our Design Manufacture Construct delivery model. This role blends office leadership with onsite involvement at critical milestones, coordinating design, manufacturing, construction, and procurement to deliver modular building solutions.

The candidate will manage schedules, cost forecasting, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation, while mentoring junior project staff and improving program processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience delivering complex projects in construction or manufacturing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; synthesize complex information for executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end DMC project delivery across design, manufacturing, construction and closeout.
• Develop and maintain program tools: schedules, forecasts, logs, and stakeholder comms.
• Lead contracts, invoices, change orders, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, manufacturing, and construction.
• Represent projects in executive reviews and enterprise forums.
• Identify risks and drive proactive resolution with clear milestones.
