Job summary

MODLOGIQ is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to drive modular design-build solutions from early client engagement through contract execution. You will bridge Sales, clients, architects and engineers to shape strategy and ensure clear scoping.

Responsibilities include budgeting, pursuing new projects, and handing off to Project Execution after award. MODLOGIQ has been certified as a Great Place to Work for several years.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, design-build, or modular construction.
• Experience supporting sales pursuits and client-facing preconstruction activities.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong budgeting, cost analysis, and scope development skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Act as a critical bridge between Sales, clients, architects, engineers, and the Preconstruction/Estimating team
• Ensure projects are strategically planned, clearly scoped, accurately budgeted, and positioned for successful execution
• Drive new projects and revenue growth
• Shape project strategy during the pursuit phase
• Align client goals with modular delivery solutions
• Ensuring a smooth handoff to the Project Execution team upon contract award
