Job summary

Bildt, LLC, a subsidiary of the Boldt Group, located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, seeks a Project Manager I with 4–6 years of construction or related experience to lead modular and industrialized construction projects. You will be the key liaison among customers, project teams, production, and trade partners, driving projects from concept to closeout.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, and field installation, while guiding risk management, quality, and safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.
4–6 years of related construction or project management experience.
Solid understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, building materials, and applicable standards.
Experience managing or supporting project schedules, budgets, cost controls, procurement, and project risk.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across design, manufacturing, construction, trade partners, and customers.
Ability to travel up to 30%, with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Oversee project schedules and budgets, coordinating design, manufacturing, procurement, and field installation.
Manage risk and quality and ensure work is completed safely and to high standards.
Lead and develop team members and build lasting customer relationships.
Use production data and project insights to identify efficiencies and keep work moving forward.
