Job summary

Reframe Systems is seeking a Construction Supervisor to lead on-site work for multi-family projects and our modular construction process. The role involves managing subcontractors, coordinating surveys, excavation, utilities, foundation, cranes, and final finishes, while ensuring safety and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ground‑up residential construction, deep knowledge of building methods, and proficiency with Procore or Buildertrend. MA CSL is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ground‑up residential construction.
• Deep knowledge of building means and methods.
• Proficiency with construction apps like Procore or Buildertrend.
• Active MA Unrestricted CSL.

Responsibilities

• Subcontractor management from shovel to client move‑in; coordinate surveys, excavation, utilities, foundation, cranes, rigging, carpentry, final finishes.
• Lead and train company carpenters, provide daily work lists and guidance.
• Serve as Jobsite Safety Officer, maintaining a safe environment.
