Job summary

RC2 (Ritz-Craft Commercial) seeks a Commercial Project Manager to lead modular construction projects from design through installation. You will nurture new business, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and manage schedules, costs, and submittals.

Expect travel across multiple states, strong CAD/PM tool experience, and collaboration with RC2 leadership to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

Qualifications

• Five years of modular industry-construction experience.
• Building Code knowledge.
• CAD experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and cloud-based PM tools (Builder Trend, Pipeline Deals).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and nurture new business for RC2 modular construction projects.
• Manage all aspects of assigned commercial projects from design through construction documents and shop drawings.
• Develop and maintain scope of work, product submittals, and project schedules.
• Draft and monitor contract documents, changes, and payment applications.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and design firms; manage meetings and field repairs.
• Provide high levels of customer service and cost estimation (ROM).
