Job summary

WillScot in Irving, TX is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support front-end pre-construction for custom modular projects. You will interact with customers and the sales team to develop scopes of work, prepare estimates from RFPs, and establish budgets.

The role includes project management duties after award, with site visits and coordination across vendors. You will analyze bids, review drawings, develop strategies, and ensure budget and schedule adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering preferred with 3 years estimating experience, or high school diploma with 5 years estimating experience.
• Modular experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to delineate subcontractor scopes of work.
• Proficiency in MS Project or other construction scheduling software.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Word/PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer service and sales presentation abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% and read plans.

Responsibilities

• Support front-end pre-construction with customers and sales team to develop scopes and bids.
• Prepare estimates from RFPs and establish project budgets.
• Create technical packages and develop project budgets.
• Manage project execution, delivery, turnover and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors; manage scope and schedule.
