Job summary

TAS Energy Inc. is seeking a Modular Construction Project Planner to oversee installation and construction project budgets, schedules, and cost controls. You will partner with Site Managers, Project Managers, Purchasing, and Finance to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes cost oversight, milestone billing alignment, and regular reporting to leadership, with substantial interaction across Aftermarket Service leadership and Construction Solutions teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, project management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project controls and planning within construction.
• 10+ years’ experience in construction environment.
• Advanced MS Office and scheduling software proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update installation & construction project budgets.
• Create and maintain project schedules for each site.
• Coordinate with finance for milestone billing & payments.
• Prepare ETCs, EACs, and risk profiles with project teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and client contracts.
• Support monthly project reviews and reporting to leadership.
