Job summary

Accelevation LLC in Miamisburg, OH is seeking an Assembly II – Modular on first shift to assemble modular data center components according to drawings and instructions.

You will work with minimal supervision, use hand tools, read basic drawings, and contribute to safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

No prior trade experience required; HS diploma or GED; lifting up to 50 lbs; travel optional; benefits include PTO, 401(k), and health coverage.

Qualifications

• No prior trade experience required; general labor or construction experience preferred.
• Interest in developing a career in construction or electrical trades.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in various environments - Preferred.
• Basic hand tool familiarity preferred.
• High School degree or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction, assembly, and installation activities under supervision.
• Support modular assembly with staging, preparation, and material handling.
• Perform basic tasks such as loading materials, handling tools, and maintaining clean work areas.
• Assist with installation of racks, containment systems, cabling pathways, and related components.
• Support basic electrical tasks such as pulling wire and mounting boxes under supervision.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools safely.
• Follow all job site safety rules and immediately report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in safety meetings and required training programs.
• Learn to read and follow basic drawings and supervisor instructions.
• Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and willingness to learn multiple trades.
